Locate your Customer ID:
1.  Login to your WebHornet Website
2.  You are now directed to the System Dashboard
3.  Your Customer ID is located on the Right Hand Side (see below).


Can't find your Customer ID:
We understand that customers may misplace their Customer ID.  For faster service on all requests, we require a Customer ID in the subject line.
To request your Customer ID, please email support@webhornet.com with the following information:

Organization Name
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
