Within your website, you have the ability to setup Lead Signup forms to collect data from customers visiting your site.  To retrieve Lead Signup Data or Clear Lead Signup Data from your website, you will need to access the review the Data Download

Download Data:

1 - From the System Dashboard, click on the Data Download link.

2 - Under the Module Data section, choose the Source that you would like to Download Data from.  If you have multiple Lead Sign-up forms within your website, you will need to choose one from the drop-down.

3 - After selecting the source, click the Download button.

4 - A pop-up box will appear giving you the option to Open the File or Save the File
NOTE: All Files are .csv format (comma separated value file).  On your machine, you can choose to open the file in Microsoft Excel (if installed) or another text editor.

5 - When viewing the file, the data will appear showing the following fields:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Create Date
Clear Data:

1 - From the System Dashboard, click on the Data Download link.

2 - Under the Clear Module Data section, choose the Source that you would like to Clear Data from.  If you have multiple Lead Sign-up forms within your website, you will need to choose one from the drop-down.

3 - After selecting the source, click the Clear Data button.

*Please note, after this information has been cleared, the Data CANNOT be retrieved.
