WebHornet gives you the ability to collect lead information using the Lead Sign-Up form.

1 - Access the Page or Layout you would like to edit. To determine if you should edit this module on the Page or Layout, click here.

2 - Locate the area where you want to add a Lead Signup form.

3 - Click on the Action Hexagon and select the CHANGE option.

4 - Next Change Module to LeadSignup. For more information on Change Module, click here.

5 - Once the module is set to LeadSignup a Lead Signup form will appear. All fields are mandatory. Collect:

First Name
Last Name
Email Address

6 - To add content above the LeadSignup form, click on the ActionHex and select the EDIT button option.

Title: Enter a title that you would like to name your Lead Signup. (For example, you may want to collect a list of persons to receive your monthly newsletter. A good title would be Newsletter Signup.)
Description: Enter a description or content to appear above the form.

7 - Click the Save button.

8 - Form data is collected in a .csv file that can be found via the Data Download tool. For more information on Data Download, click here.
