Reading a Ticket

You may view, respond and change the status of your ticket.

1 - Click on the ticket you would like to view.  In this case, we will be viewing Ticket #0E4-12E35316-FC3C. 
This ticket is active, but will show the communication between you and WhettStone Support.

2 - When viewing the ticket, there are 2 colored sections. 
The yellow boxes are your responses.
The blue boxes are WhettStone Support responses.

  3- From this section, you will also be able to view the status of the ticket and the create date.

4 - At this time, you may reply to the ticket and a response will be sent to WhettStone Support.
If you are satisfied with the results, you may close the ticket.
You may print this page.
You may add this ticket to your favorites.
