The Document Manager allows customers to insert documents on their site.  The Document Manager can be found in the Tool Bar of the editor.

1.  Locate the Icon 'Document Manager'.


2.  A new screen will open
This is a great place to store your documents to be reused throughout your site.

3.  For initial setup, click the Upload button.

4.  The system will allow upload of 6 different types of document [.doc, .docx, .pdf, .ppt, .xls, .xlsx]
To upload a document, press the 'Select' button. 


5.  You will now be directed to your desktop.  Locate the file to insert.

6.  Once you have located the file, click 'Open'.  Your document will now appear on the 'Upload' screen.
 As shown below, I have located the document labeled 'Test.docx.'  This is now visible on the 'Upload' screen.
To remove the document, click the 'Remove' button.

7.  Click Upload button.

8.  Your Document will not be visible in the Document Manager.
A folder is automatically created.  You have the ability to add multiple folders to keep your documents organized.

9.  The document is automatically set to open in the same browser [the user is directed off of your site.]
If you would like the document to open in a new browser so users are not directed off or you would like other options to choose from, options are available in the 'Target' drop-down menu.

10.  To insert your document onto your site, click the 'Insert' button.

11.  The document is now shown in the editor.
