From the User Manager you are able to Change Passwords of Administrators, Content Managers and General Users.

View our YouTube Video on how to Change a Password for a User.

1 - From your System Dashboard, access the User Manager tool.

2 - Use the filters at the top of the page to query and find the User to be changed.  For more information on how to Run a Query, click here.

3 - Once you have located the User to work with, click the Manage button.

4 - Click the Password button in the top right corner.
New passwords must be 8 characters long, contain at least 1 numeric character and 1 special character (!@#$%^*()).

NOTE: For security reasons, you will NOT be able to view a password, only change it.

5 - Enter the new password and retype to confirm the password.

6 - Click Save to save the new password.

6 - The User will receive an email alert informing them of their new password.
If users are having issues receiving password email alert, (1) verify your website System Settings information (access via the System Dashboard), (2) have the User check junk mail for email coming from your website domain, or (3) provide the user with the password you assigned.
